We’ve partnered with some of the best groups in the world to source this ocean bound plastic in a way that benefits the most vulnerable people who’ve changed their livelihoods by collecting trash.

We work with suppliers who have built ethical recycling ecosystems in coastal communities. The suppliers purchase intercepted plastic from collectors gathering plastic waste from local beaches and waterways. They reprocess the materials for reintroduction into the global manufacturing supply chain.
Supplying Intercepted Plastic
Collected material is reborn as intercepted plastic, which is reintegrated into products and packaging like our bags. This created a closed-loop supply chain while helping those who collect it.
Improving Lives
Collectors of this intercepted plastic receive a premium for the materials they collect to better help them provide basic family necessities such as groceries, school tuition and health insurance.
Transparency Through Blockchain
Our supplier’s proprietary blockchain platform secures the entire transaction and provides real-time data visualization. This allows for transparency, traceability and rapid scalability.
